Two meetings ago I moved to generate a copy for the members to review at the meeting so that we could save time, it passed, however, at the time I failed to realize the extra workload put on the Secretary. I regret doing that. We lost our secretary due to her workload going back to college. We now are short a secretary. It takes time for someone to do these things for our convenience and some just do not have that required time...good day to ya.
